On June third, State Vice President Billy Watson and his lovely wife Gwynne were guests at our lodge. We had a very nice dinner, provided by Sally, decorations were provided by Linda and Beverly. Great job Gals! It was a very enjoyable night.
June 20th was the annual Father's Day Chili Cook-Off. We had nine entries! The winners were: 1st. Dan Stoltenberg, 2nd Cam Stoltenberg, and third place went to Ed Horst. Thank you to Becky, Rick and Dickie for being this year's judges. Along with some great chili we had hamburgers and hot dogs.
July 4th there will be a BBQ hosted by Sally and David. Hope you can drop on by. I will be on my way to the Grand Lodge Convention. Beverly and I are really looking forward to the whole event.
July 24th there will be a Date Night Dinner of Steak/Chicken and Lobster. This is a fund raising event sponsored by the Lodge Ritual Team.

The Elk of the Month for June is Rick Mazzone. Rick has been working hard on the front grounds of the Lodge and you can certainly tell it. Things are looking great!
There will be no meeting on July 1st.
